• If you are booking for multiple people at the same time, please choose “add a family member” after selecting a time slot. Online Payment will be taken for one person (as a deposit for the group reservation), remaining balance could be paid on your appointment day.

Cancellation Policy: We reserve our salt cave/salt room for you. Therefore, all appointments require a deposit or full payment. If you would like to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. No refund will be issued for same-day/last minute cancellations. We understand that sometimes emergency occurs. If that is the case, we would keep the payment as a store credit, and you could use it for future appointments. Thank you for your understanding. We value your time and business, please do so to us as well.

FAQ: What should I wear in salt cave? The salt room is room temperature (not a sauna/steam room), so regular and comfortable clothes are fine!
